Bimpe Akintunde, a Yoruba Nollywood actress, is grieving the loss of plus-sized activist Monalisa Stephen.
According to a Gossipinfo report on Wednesday, Seun Oloketuyi, the CEO of Best of Nollywood (BON), announced her death on Instagram, saying that she passed away in Lagos on Tuesday, May 13th, after battling with low blood sugar and internal bleeding. Her immediate younger sister confirmed the news to him.
Reacting to the news, Bimpe lamented why Monalisa didn’t reach out to all during her trying times. The Yoruba actress prayed that her sweet soul rest in peace as she sent a condolence message to her family.
