Veteran Nollywood actor Don Richard Known on stage as Don or Ota (Bullet), has talked candidly about his early mentoring of fellow actor Ibrahim Yekini.
In a candid interview shared on the official YouTube channel of FeelrightNewsTv, Don Richard revealed how he played a pivotal role in shaping Ibrahim Yekini’s acting career.
Speaking during the interview, Don Richard said, “Ibrahim Yekini was a guy that my friend handed over to me to build, help him. He was a humble and loyal boy to me, so I started training him by packaging small movies just to build him.”
Don Richard, known for his tough-guy roles in Yoruba Nollywood movies, explained that he has always believed in supporting young and talented actors.

According to him, giving upcoming actors a platform to showcase their skills is essential for the growth of the industry.
He narrated how his friend trusted him with the responsibility of grooming Yekini at a time when the young actor needed guidance and opportunities.
