Borussia Dortmund have officially confirmed that an agreement has been reached for the transfer of Jamie Gittens to Chelsea.
The 20-year-old winger is set to sign a seven-year contract with the Blues, with the deal reportedly worth around £55 million.
Gittens joined Dortmund from Manchester City in 2020 and made his senior debut in 2022. Since then, he has featured in 107 matches across all competitions, scoring 17 goals.

He enjoyed a standout season last term, netting 12 goals in 48 appearances, including four in the UEFA Champions League.
In a statement, Dortmund managing director Lars Ricken said:
“We discovered Jamie very early, signed him for almost nothing, and helped develop him through our youth academy. We then gave him opportunities at the highest level with the first team.
Jamie has repaid that trust through his dedication, performances, and goals.”
