Former Manchester United legend Gary Neville has advised current manager Ruben Amorim to emulate the leadership style of Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta.
Speaking on Sky Sports, Neville stressed the need for Amorim to take full control of the club, much like Arteta did when he first arrived at Arsenal. He emphasized that Amorim must shape the team in his own image by bringing in his preferred players and letting go of those who no longer fit the vision.
