The Premier League transfer window officially opened on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, offering clubs the opportunity to strengthen their squads for the remainder of the 2024/2025 season and beyond.
Clubs will have until 11pm GMT on February 3, 2025, to complete their signings.
The transfer window is also open for the other divisions of England’s football league system, and it follows the same schedule in France and Germany. However, the winter window opens on January 2 in Spain and Italy.

In Spain, La Liga’s window will close at midnight local time on February 3 (11pm GMT, 6pm ET), while Ligue 1 clubs will have until 10pm GMT (5pm ET) on February 3. In the Bundesliga, the window closes by 6pm CET (5pm GMT), while Serie A has until 8pm CET (7pm GMT) to finalize deals.
