Dara, the estranged wife of Yoruba film star Ijoba Lande, has disclosed how she met Ijoba Lande prior to their relationship and the reasons behind her ex-boyfriend’s divorce from her.
In a video that was posted on the official YouTube channel of Biola Adebayo Ent during an interview, she disclosed that her married boyfriend broke up with her when her friend Mary Gold told him that she was also in a relationship with Lande at the same time.
In her statement, she said, “When I told my mother that I was going to marry Lande, she asked me to pray about it so as to know if he was the right man for me, and I told her that I already did it. We arranged for our introduction ceremony between the two families, and everything went on smoothly. Some of my friends didn’t want me to marry Lande because I was already in a relationship with a married man at the time. My friend Mary Gold was the one who caused a problem between me and the married man when she started dating the married man’s friend. My married boyfriend broke up with me when Mary Gold told him that I was also dating Lande. The man later called me on the phone a year after he broke up with me, and he confessed to me that it was Mary Gold that told him everything about me being in a relationship with Ijoba Lande.”
