Veteran actress Dupe Jayesimi was moved to tears by the lavish Mother’s Day gift that Nollywood actress Biola Bayo and other well-meaning Nigerians gave her.
A video posted to Bisola’s social media page shows the veteran receiving a brand-new car as a Mother’s Day surprise. As she expressed gratitude to Nigerians for their love and support, Dupe was seen in the video sobbing.
In her caption, Biola appreciated everyone who made the dream a reality as she expressed how happy she was to put a smile on Dupe’s face.

Gossipinfo revealed a few days ago that the seasoned actress had talked candidly about her difficulties with childlessness and a failed marriage in an emotional interview with Biola. She remembered being miscarried and being mistreated by her husband. She added that despite raising many people’s children, she had no children with whom to celebrate her 60th birthday. But the veteran said she hoped there would be a solution as long as she was on the same page.
Following her emotional interview, Biola shared a photo of her and the veteran as she assured her of her undying support. Biola made her know that she isn’t alone in this life journey and that her days of sorrow are over. The Yoruba actress declared that God has remembered Dupe as she begged people for financial support for the veteran.
Recall that in 2023, after many years of waiting, Biola welcomed her first child in her 40s after several failed IVFs. She narrated her painful journey to experience motherhood, revealing how she had a failed IVF, one cancelled surrogate circle, and three failed surrogate attempts within two years before she was blessed with her son.
