The late Nigerian musician Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba, raises eyebrows when he discloses the amount he paid the pathologist who was responsible for his late son.
In an effort to learn the truth about his son’s death, Mohbad’s father disclosed that he hired a pathologist N16 million for the investigation.
Recall that a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Wahab Shittu who is overseeing Mohbad’s case explained that it’s impossible to ascertain the cause of Mohbad’s death.

According to Shittu, the pathologist in charge of the autopsy told the coroner that Mohbad’s body had already decomposed, making it impossible to determine the cause of death.
“He went further to say that he does not know whether it is those drugs that led to the death,” he added.
In a recent video, Mohbad’s father emphasized that he paid ₦16 million to the pathologist handling his late son’s case, and has since made an additional payment of ₦2 million.
