Rotimi Salami, a well-known Nollywood actor, has talked about some of the challenging times in her past that prompted her to think about taking a vacation from filmmaking to focus more on his studies. He also mentioned how he was able to move past the incident at the time.
In a video that was posted on the official YouTube channel of Feelrightnews TV during an interview, he made it known that he cried when some producers claimed that they can’t give him movie roles because he has a small face and a small body.
In his statement, he said, “It was not easy at all during the time of our movie auditions because it was quite far from where I was living that time. One of the challenges that I encountered that time was that when I go for movie auditions for 3 years I was given only one movie role. One of the challenges that I faced that time was that I have a small body and a small face and I was told that the movie roles that were available that time was for actors with bigger body. I cried when some producers said they can’t give me movie roles because of my face and body.”
