Nollywood actress Regina Chukwu has poignantly described the terrible last days of her late husband.
In a very personal video posted on her YouTube channel, Regina Chukwu TV, reveal that he once pleaded with her to end his life because he was in excruciating pain. The actress also talked about the terrible event that still haunts her.
She explained that when her husband’s health began to rapidly deteriorate, she took him back to his family in their hometown, hoping they could find a solution
. Shocked by the severity of his condition, his parents quickly sought help from both pastors and herbalists, desperate for a cure.
“His family couldn’t believe how much the sickness had changed him,” Regina revealed. “They brought in spiritual and traditional healers, hoping something would work.”

After spending two months in the village by his side, Regina shared the heartbreaking moment her husband, overwhelmed by the constant pain, made a chilling request.
“He looked at me and begged, ‘Please find a doctor who will inject me with poison. I can’t take the pain anymore.’”
