Manchester United have officially released updated squad numbers for several players ahead of the upcoming Premier League campaign.
In a statement on their website on Monday, the Red Devils confirmed that new signing Bryan Mbeumo will don the No.19 shirt, previously worn by Raphael Varane.

Another new arrival, Matheus Cunha, has been handed the iconic No.10 jersey following Marcus Rashford’s loan move to Barcelona.

Summer signing Diego Leon will wear the No.30 shirt, while Diogo Dalot has switched to the No.2 shirt vacated by Victor Lindelof, moving from the No.20 he’s worn since joining the club in 2018.
With Christian Eriksen departing Old Trafford, the No.14 shirt is now vacant, while Jonny Evans’ retirement frees up the No.35.
Several academy players have also received updated squad numbers ahead of the 2025/26 season. These include:

- Godwill Kukonki – No.72
- Reece Munro – No.65
- Chido Obi – No.32
- Jack Fletcher – No.38
- Ethan Williams – No.56
- Tyler Fredricson – No.33
- Shea Lacey – No.61
