Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo stated that she did not want her daughter Priscilla to have a baby shower.
Speaking during Priscilla’s baby shower on Sunday, Iyabo stated that she respected her coworker Lola Alao and didn’t argue with her when she suggested that they host a baby shower for Priscilla.
However, she didn’t fully accept it because of the series of extravagant weddings they did for Priscilla and to avoid social media brouhaha.
She changed her mind because she believes God’s blessing shouldn’t be hidden.
“I remember when Aunty Lola told me we would do a baby shower for her. I said okay, we’ve been doing so much for her. Since February, the wedding was so long. But Aunty Lola is that special Aunty I can never say no to. And because of all the social media wahala, I didn’t want it at first, but I said we can’t hide God’s blessing.
