Nigeria international Ademola Lookman is eager to join Inter Milan this summer.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Inter made fresh contact with the player’s camp on Wednesday night. Lookman has also informed Atalanta of his desire to leave in the current transfer window.
Inter are preparing to submit their opening bid for the forward, though Atalanta are holding out for a fee of over €40 million, particularly from Serie A rivals.

Meanwhile, Juventus and FC Porto continued negotiations on Wednesday night regarding Francisco Conceição.
Porto have reportedly granted Juve a few more days to finalize the formal steps of the transfer. Romano reports that a full agreement between both clubs was reached on Tuesday for a deal worth over €30 million across four years.
The Portuguese winger is also expected to sign documents confirming he will forgo the 20% sell-on clause previously attached to his contract.
