Inter Milan have reportedly approached Como to inquire about Cesc Fabregas as a possible replacement for departing manager Simone Inzaghi.

Inzaghi confirmed his departure from the San Siro on Monday, just days after Inter’s heavy 5-0 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final.

With their search for a new manager underway, Inter appear keen to appoint Fabregas. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Nerazzurri have held talks with Como regarding their young head coach.
Inter are also considering former defender Cristian Chivu and ex-Crystal Palace manager Patrick Vieira for the role, but Fabregas is reportedly the club’s top priority. The former midfielder shares a strong affinity for Inter and has already engaged in discussions with club president Beppe Marotta and sporting director Piero Ausilio.
The situation is complicated, however, as Fabregas is not only Como’s current coach but also a part-owner of the club. Additionally, he has turned down interest from Bayer Leverkusen and Roma, making the potential move to Inter a complex negotiation.
