Betis took an early lead thanks to Abde Ezzalzouli in the first half but couldn’t extend their advantage.
In the second half, Chelsea dismantled Betis with four goals from Enzo Fernández, Nicolas Jackson, Jadon Sancho, and Moisés Caicedo.
“We had a strong first half where they barely created any chances,” Isco said.
“We were close but didn’t capitalize on the scoreline, which has been a problem for us all season. In a European final, mistakes are extremely costly.
“In the second half, they completely overwhelmed us. It’s a painful experience.”
