Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has reportedly informed Alejandro Garnacho he is free to find a new club, according to The Athletic.
The 20-year-old winger, who tallied 11 goals and 10 assists across 58 appearances this season, is said to be excluded from Amorim’s plans for the 2024/26 campaign.

Tensions flared after Garnacho was benched for the Europa League final against Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday. His brother and agent, Roberto Garnacho, expressed frustration on Instagram, writing:
“Working as no one else, helping every round, coming from two goals in the last two finals, just to be on the pitch for 19 mins and get thrown under the bus. Wowe hahahahahaha.”

Garnacho himself voiced disappointment after the match in Bilbao:
“I played every round to help the team reach the final, and today I only got 20 minutes. I don’t know. I will try to enjoy the summer and then see what happens,” he told AlbicelesteTalk.
Amorim responded in his post-match press conference with a pointed comment:
“It’s easy to say that now. Who missed the big opportunity in the first half in the semi-final? Garnacho. Football is like that.”
With the situation escalating, Garnacho’s future at Old Trafford looks increasingly uncertain.
