Ahead of their Champions League semifinal first-leg clash with Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal have come under fire for allegedly trying to sidestep a UEFA regulation regarding away fan ticket allocation.
The Gunners are set to host the French champions at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday, April 29. As per UEFA regulations, home clubs must allocate at least 5% of stadium capacity to away supporters—equating to roughly 3,000 tickets for PSG fans at the Emirates.
However, according to Sport Bible via France Bleu, Arsenal are reportedly attempting to reduce that number to just 2,500. With less than a week until kickoff, the away ticket office remains closed, leaving PSG fans uncertain and unable to purchase tickets.

Notably, when the two teams met earlier in the competition, Arsenal allowed the full 3,000 PSG fans into the stadium. This time, the club has offered no official explanation for the reduced allocation.
The situation has drawn criticism from PSG, who are said to be pushing back against the move. This isn’t the first time Arsenal have been accused of such actions—earlier in the FA Cup, Manchester United were reportedly entitled to 9,000 tickets but were only given 8,000 by the North London club.
As tensions build ahead of the high-stakes semifinal, all eyes are on UEFA’s response to the alleged breach.
