Nollywood actress Allwell Ademola has opened out about a heartwarming experience she had with the late Aisha Abimbola, detailing how a phone call she made unexpectedly drove Aisha to tears and solidified their connection in the film industry.
Speaking in an interview on Feelrightnews TV’s YouTube channel, Ademola revealed that she was initially selected for a movie role, but the producers later reassigned it to Aisha Abimbola due to her higher popularity.
“Aisha Abimbola was a close friend of mine, and I always keep her in my prayers. I remember when a producer first offered me a role, but later decided to give it to Aisha instead since she was already a well-known actress.

When I called her out of the blue, she became very emotional and cried. After watching the movie, I admired her performance and called to congratulate her. She was shocked because she assumed I would be jealous or bitter about losing the role,” Ademola shared.
