Fuji musician Saheed Osupa paid a visit to his colleague Wasiu Ayinde, also known as Kwam1 or K1 de Ultimate In an attempt to show his condolences for the loss of his mother, Alhaja Halimot Anifowoshe.
On Thursday, Saheed posted an emotional tribute and a video of the visit to Instagram.
He wrote: “Baba, I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of your beloved mother, Alhaja Halimot Anifowose. My heartfelt condolences go out to you and your entire family during this difficult time.

“May Allah grant her soul eternal peace and admit her into Al-Jannah Firdaus. May your cherished memories of her bring you solace and comfort.
“On behalf of myself, my family, and Olufimo fans worldwide, I extend my sincerest condolences. May Allah be with you and your family during this challenging time. May her gentle soul rest in peace.”
Others in the video include juju musicians Admiral Dele Abiodun, Wale Thompson and Queen Ayo Balogun.
K1 announced his mother’s passing last Saturday, describing her as a 105-year-old matriarch.
He shared the news on Instagram, writing: “Inna Lillahi wa inna ilayhi Raji’un. RIP Mama.”
Following Islamic customs, she was buried the same day in a ceremony that drew a large crowd.
Several celebrities, including Femi Adebayo, Mercy Aigbe, her husband Kazim Adeoti, Faithia Balogun and Dayo Amusa, have since visited Kwam1 to console him.
Others, such as President Bola Tinubu, actor Adebayo Salami and Fuji musician Abass Akande well known as Obesere, sent their condolences.
In a lengthy post, Obesere described the late Alhaja as a loving and godly matriarch whose virtues were evident in her children.
He encouraged K1 to take solace in her peaceful rest in Allah’s bosom, praying for her forgiveness and eternal peace.
